Now, be persuasive and write a min. 10-15 line response on "Are schools failing our children?"
Do we have too? It's holidays hahahahaha
ReplyDeleteOur Preschool and primary school systems ARE pushing our children too hard. Children are expected to read, write, spell and do simple math equations by the age of 5. It's unnecessary. Whatever happened to letting kids be kids? If children know how to mathematical problem before they even start school, they are going to grow up too fast. And not only that. They can possibly grow up with anxiety problems, especially once they reach highschool, and if their grades start to drop, so do their minds.
ReplyDeleteIf Primary and preschool teachers learnt to teach children all the necessary work, but also taught them how to have fun, and de-stress, maybe doctors would see s steady decrease in the number of mental learning disabilities, and teenage depression.
Schools are NOT failing our children, but they ARE pushing them too hard.
and yet again my holidays are for holidays can't be bothered.
ReplyDeleteMaybe i should do it?
Yes, marie you should. I did! Lol
ReplyDeleteMy answer may not be quality, but it's there :P
